Di Sun Computer Engineering
 
Di Sun is pursuing a Master's in Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. She is currently working on Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Computer Communication, Computer Architecture, Wireless Communication, and Wireless Networks. At Carbonsolutions she is helping develop a Report Generator for carbon emissions for the Chinese language market. She has experience in C and C++, as wel as Java, HTML/PHP, and is an excellent team member. Her Honors include: Achievement Award, University of Florida, Excellent graduate student of Tianjin University and Merit Students Award of TianJin University, where she made the Dean’s list four years in a row.
     
 
 
Ming Zhu Computer Engineering
 
Ming Zhu has a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, University of Florida, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Ming is familiar with data structure and algorithms, has experience in object-oriented programming, as well as parallel and concurrent programming for software development. He commands a strong knowledge of all layers of web development, from database to user interface to services. At CarbonSolutions Ming lead the project development of a Chinese language product to enable small and medium sized organizations to profile their climate impact.
     
 
 
Isabelle Marquart Business Management
 
Isabelle (Izzi) is pursuing a BS in Business Administration at the Warrington College of Business, University of Florida, concurrent with a minor in Sustainability. She is the Secereray of Greeks going Green, and a member of Delta Zeta where is created a sustainability plan for the organization. Her role ast CarbonSolutions was to manage focus groups of the Beta version of a web based Report Generator, conduct surveys on user experiences, and coordinate with programming staff to ensure succesful integration. Her long term goal is to manage sustainbility operations at a Fortune 500 and leverage logistical / financial capacity into community health programs in developing nations.
     
 
 
Jonathan Davis Accounting and Sustainability Studies
 
Jonathan has a BS in Accounting and a BA in Sustainability Studies from the Fisher School of Accounting and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida. His academic studies focused on the environmental, social, and economic dimensions of Sustainability and their increasing role in the evolution of Business and Accountancy. At CarbonSolutions he managed the integration of Tier 2 and Tier 3 livestock data from various OECD countries into a web based reporting platform. He has been accepted at a major accounting firm where he will focus on sustainability & triple-bottom-line accounting, full-cost pricing, ecosystem service valuation, natural & human capital, corporate social responsibility, and green taxation.
     
 
 
Lynn Harris Sustainability and the Built Environment
 
Lynn is a third year student at the School of Design Construction and Planning at the University of Florida, where she is on a sustainability track, and studies Sociology in addition to that. She has taken part in a USGBC sustainability audit on a residence hall at UF and helped compile a 100-page report regarding waste, energy, water consumption, residents’ usage behaviour, and developed recommendations. Her task at CarbonSolutions involves developing instructional videos on topics such Sustainable Building Materials and communicating sustainability as a business concept. She has been a lifeguard since high-school, and is certified in: First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Administering Emergency Oxygen.
     
 
 
Wensi Wu Information Systems and Operations Management
 
Wensi has a BS in Business Administration from the International Business School at Jinan University, and is pursuing a Masters of Science at the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida. Wensi is comfortable with C, C#, Java, SQL, Dreamweaver, Matlab, and Visio, among others. His experience is in transportation logistics, and assisted in the development of the Cargo Shipping Management system for Guangdong ChangTai Logistics Co., Ltd. At CarbonSolutions Wensi focuses on the PHP and Java portions of an emissions reporting tool for small and medium sized organizations. In addition to expanding his impressive culinary skills, Wensi looks forward to using his modeling, system analysis and practical problem-solving skills for a major business.
     
 
 
Riquan Liu Information Systems and Operations Management
 
Riquan Liu studies at the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida where he is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM). Fluent in Cantonese, Manadarin aand English, he commands Java, C#, C++, SQL and has nice flair for Photoshop. At CarbonSolutions he focuses on the development and testing environment for a web based emissions reporting tool. Riquan's long term career goal is to become a successful IT Consultant where he can apply his computing, quantitative and application skills to solve business problems.
     
 
 
Shengjiu Zhu Marketing
 
Shengjiu has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, and is studying for a Masters of Science in Management at the University of Florida. Shengjiu previously worked at China Mobile, where he developed phone card and Internet service promotional plans for campus sales, and networked with targeted costumers groups including college students and institutional staff. His forte is in designing the cost and revenue aspects of campaigns. At CarbonSolutions he works in marketing, and focuses on the messaging portion of the roll out targeting the Pacific Rim.
     
 
 
Haiyang Zhao Marketing
 
Haiyang attends the University of Florida, whe is working on a Masters of Science in Sport Management. He previously received a Bachelors of Management from Beijing Sport University. Haiyang has worked at the 2009 China Tennis Open, the 22nd Pan-Asian Congress of Sports & Physical Education, was a researcher on the 2012 NBA All-Star Game Economic Impact Analysis Survey Team, and is a co-author of the paper Strategy on Sporting Goods Marketing In Virtual Community. At CarbonSolutions Haiyang is developing the marketing plan for a web based emissions reporting tool targeted at Pacific Rim nations. After graduating, Haiyang aims to pursue a career in sports operation or event management.
